CALGARY- Around six hundred bikers delivered toys for Christmas, on the last full day of summer Sunday afternoon. They started at the Walmart in Shawnessy and then made their way to Spring Bank Park.
It was part of the Magic of Christmas motorcycle toy run. This is the first time the charity has hosted a summer event.
The idea started last year when they came up short for the number of toys they needed to deliver to kids at Christmas time.
So they decided to hold this event to make sure they’d have plenty this year once the holidays roll around.
