HALIFAX – A man and a woman have been arrested after a Halifax cab driver had his taxi stolen early this morning in the city’s south end.
The driver told police he jumped out of the car after two passengers allegedly threatened him and demanded his keys.

The 30-year-old cabbie was not hurt.
Police later found the car on Olivet Street, but say two suspects fled the area on foot.
A 31-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman were later arrested.
No charges have been laid.
