TORONTO – A pedestrian is dead after an overnight collision on Queen Street East near Parliament.

The crash happened just after 1:30 a.m. when a vehicle fatally struck the male victim.

The SUV ended up with its front end on the sidewalk.

Traffic services is investigating and there’s no word yet if any charges will be laid.
