WINNIPEG – A motorist spotted this twirling manhole cover on Saturday and sent her recording to Global Winnipeg.
Pam Kerestes said shortly after she recorded the dance on Regent Avenue, her husband drove on and they had to swerve to avoid another one that had been forced right off the storm sewer.
