UPDATE: The victim of the homicide in Surrey on June 20 has been identified as 52-year-old Timothy Szabolcsi.

A man was found dead inside a home in South Surrey this morning.
According to Integrated Homicide Investigative Sgt. Bari Emam, police responded to a call in the 2400-block of 156 Street in Surrey and found one adult male dead in the home.
Early investigations show the man was a victim of a homicide and IHIT has taken over the investigation.
Bari would not say how the man was killed.
The identity of the man and his background are being investigated by police.
