CALGARY- One of the Calgary Zoo’s newest residents now has a name.
The ‘white’ black bear recently made her big debut, after arriving at the zoo on August 31 from Elkford, B.C.

During a contest, more than 4,000 people voted for their favourite name: Manuka.
Manuka has been made famous by her striking colouration, which is much lighter than most other black bears.
