The Stampede says there will also be a big change for Nashville North, as they move the giant concert venue/bar to the area where the children’s midway has previously stood. The midway will then move to a parking lot, which is just south of the Saddledome and east of the old agriculture barns.
There will also be a new venue called Triple B, which stands for BBQ, beer and bulls. It will feature a massive outdoor patio, BBQ and mechanical bull riding. However, its real attraction is that it will sell the world’s largest hamburger, which weighs a shocking 777 pounds. The price? $5,000.
The Calgary Stampede runs from July 4-13.
