LISTEN: New Michael Jackson single ‘Love Never Felt So Good’

TORONTO — Michael Jackson, who died in 2009, is back on the airwaves with a song released late Thursday.

“Love Never Felt So Good” is the first single off Jackson’s posthumous album Xscape, which comes out May 13.

It is one of eight songs on the album.

A duet version of the single, featuring vocals by Justin Timberlake, is now available online.

Jackson died on June 25, 2009. He was 50.

“Michael left behind some musical performances that we take great pride in presenting through the vision of music producers that he either worked directly with or expressed strong desire to work with,” said producer L.A. Reid in a statement.

The song was co-written by Jackson in 1983 with Canadian singer-songwriter Paul Anka and Kathy Wakefield.

Johnny Mathis recorded a version in 1984.
