TORONTO – A 62-year-old man has been charged after he was caught exposing himself in an Ottawa area park.
Police say they had been receiving complaints since April 14 of a man in Mooney’s Bay Park who was being lewd to people.
On the morning of Tuesday, April 29 police were in the area when they were alerted of another incident.
Donald Popadick of Ottawa was arrested at the scene.
He has been charged with committing an indecent act and mischief. He’s expected in court on Wednesday.
Popadick is described as a balding white male with white hair and prescription eyeglasses.
