Regina police have no motive yet for mall stabbing at Cornwall Centre
Regina police say they don't have a motive yet for the stabbing of four people at a downtown mall last week.
Global NewsREGINA – Regina police say they don’t have a motive yet for the stabbing of four people at a downtown mall last week.
But police Chief Troy Hagen says they are sure it isn’t gang-related.
Four people were injured when a youth started randomly stabbing people at the Cornwall Centre.
All four are recovering from their injuries.
Hagen says he knows relatives of some of the victims have fears that a gang was involved, but he says the department would tell people if that were the case.
A 15-year-old suspect is facing three charges of aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and two charges of breach of undertaking.
