Dadmand was identified through similar circumstances that took place in Richmond, North Vancouver, Surrey and Burnaby. He is alleged to have used social media to befriend his victims and to identify himself online as a modelling agent.

RCMP says he is alleged to have convinced the victims to meet with him for a photo shoot in exchange for money and gifts. It is during these meetings that the majority of the criminal offences are alleged to have occurred.
