An emotional encounter Monday between two Okanagan women. One was a victim of sexual assault, the other lost her daughter to murder and they believe the same man was responsible for both crimes. Now the woman who was assaulted is speaking out. She believes that if the RCMP had listened to her accusations back when she was 16, it could have saved the life of the other victim. On Monday she met with the murder victim’s mother.
Angela Jung reports.
