HALIFAX – The death of a man found in south-end Halifax has been ruled a homicide.
Halifax Regional Police say officers were called to a South Street residence shortly before 11 p.m. Sunday.

An autopsy performed Monday revealed further testing would be required to determine the cause of death.
Const. Pierre Bourdages says the body of a 65-year-old man was found inside the residence.
The major crime unit is also investigating.
The victim’s name has not been released.
