It’s a parody of the standard signs in city parks, and refers to a wooden sculpture of a reclining figure, set up in the park more than 20 years ago.
The sign was taken down after popping up in the park last fall.
A petition calling for its return garnered more than 18,000 signatures.
The sign was officially approved as a piece of public artwork.
