Later this month, a concert organized by a six-year-old boy will be held in Vancouver to raise money for a very worthy cause.

Yosef Nider decided he had to do something on a grand scale when he learned he was going to lose his beloved grandfather to pancreatic cancer.

Yosef plays the violin and will be the main performer in the show.

He has raised $6,000 so far and wants to present his donations to a cancer scientist to buy equipment.

The concert takes place February 26, 2014, 10 a.m., at the Vancouver Hebrew Academy on West 62nd Avenue. Seats are still available.
