Canada’s athletes in Sochi: Meet snowboarder Jake Holden

Accomplishments:

  • Top-10 finish at 2013 World Cup event.

Interesting Fact: Growing up he was not a snowboarder but a martial artist, with a successful career in Judo. He was a Junior Champion in Judo before he considered switching to snowboarding.

Chances: Not considered a likely candidate for an Olympic medal in Sochi.
