Canada’s athletes in Sochi: Meet curler Jill Officer

Accomplishments:

  • Six podium finishes at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts, including three victories.
  • 2008 World Champion.

Interesting Fact: Jill Officer has been playing with skip Jennifer Jones since the two were junior competitors.

Chances: Like the men, Canada’s women are always one of the favourite teams in curling. The women’s team expects to return from Sochi with an Olympic medal.
