TORONTO – Toronto police say they have made an arrest in the case of a man who was shot to death while celebrating his 20th birthday.
Police say Gaethan Kitadi was shot Nov. 10 during his birthday party in the city’s east end at Main Street and Kingston Road following an altercation.

He was pronounced dead a short time later.
Shane Raheim Chandon, 20, of Ajax, was arrested on Friday.
He’s charged with second-degree murder.
