CALGARY- A popular pop crooner will be lighting up the stage in Calgary, despite his original concert date being literally washed-out.
Bruno Mars was scheduled to play at the Saddledome on July 17, but the show had to be cancelled after flooding badly damaged the arena.

Fans have been waiting months to find out if the singer would return, and on Tuesday it was announced that he will now play on August 5, as part of his Moonshine Jungle tour.
Tickets go on sale on February 3, through Ticketmaster.
Mars is known for hits such as ‘When I Was Your Man’ and ‘Locked Out of Heaven.’ Last year, he won four Grammy Awards and was also named Billboard’s top artist of the year.
