TORONTO — Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson may not believe in equal marriage for gays — but he’s all for marrying teenage girls.

“You’ve got to marry these girls when they’re about 15 or 16,” Robertson said in a 2009 speech. “You need to check with mom and dad about that, of course.”

The age of consent for sexual activity in Georgia is 16. The minimum age to obtain a marriage certificate is also 16.

Robertson, who was speaking at a sportsmen gathering in Georgia, also urged men to “make sure that she can cook a meal.”

He also suggested women in their 20s are only interested in spending a man’s money.

The Duck Dynasty star came under fire in December for making controversial comments about homosexuality in an interview with GQ.

“It seems like, to me, a vagina — as a man – would be more desirable than a man’s anus,” he said. “That’s just me. I’m just thinking: There’s more there! She’s got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I’m saying? But hey, sin: It’s not logical, my man. It’s just not logical.”

Robertson later defended his comments and insisted: “I love all men and women. I am a lover of humanity, not a hater.”
