Pedestrian hit in Richmond last month passes away

RCMP say an 81-year-old man who was struck by car last month in Richmond has now died of his injuries.

It happened November 18 along Stevenson Highway near Trimaran Gate.

The man was hit by a silver sedan and police blamed the dark rainy weather for the the crash.

The death marks Richmond’s eighth traffic fatality of the year.
