REGINA – The Regina police are asking for the public’s help to locate 32-year-old Ronald Matthew Kay.
Kay was last seen by a relative at the Saskatchewan Roughrider football game on November 10th.

Kay is an aboriginal male, about 5’6” tall, weighing about 130 pounds, thin build, with crooked teeth, dark complexion with brown eyes.
Kay was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans and a grey hoodie. He does not have a cell phone or vehicle and often speaks with a stutter.
