TORONTO – A man is said to be in serious condition after an overnight shooting in downtown Toronto involving city police.
The man was reportedly hit by several shots police fired inside a highrise apartment building (on Mutual St).

The province’s Special Investigations Unit has been called in – as it is in all cases where there are deaths, serious injuries or sexual assault allegations involving police.
