In a move to help address housing concerns, a new high-density residential apartment building is being built in Griffintown. The mixed-use development is described as unprecedented in Montreal. It will include subsidized rental units as well as commercial space. As Global’s Tim Sargeant reports, it’s designed to produce net-zero carbon emissions.
