Boat with more than 450 people sinks in China’s Yangtze River

Strong winds and rain hampered rescue efforts on Tuesday after a passenger ship carrying more than 450 people sank overnight in the Yangtze River during a cyclone in southern China, the official Xinhua News Agency reported. Eight people have been rescued, according to Xinhua.
