Meeting between Kim Jong Un, Putin spurs fears of possible Russia/North Korea arms deal

In his first international trip since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, North Korea’s leader has arrived in Russia as President Vladimir Putin is set to hold a highly anticipated defence summit with Kim Jong Un. Western powers have warned both parties against an arms deal, which would break UN sanctions — including ones Russia has supported. Kyle Benning explains.
