City of Regina Water, Waste and Environment director Kurtis Doney said on Tuesday that “the city distributed over 67,000 green bins to residents throughout August which is a huge accomplishment.” Doney said the city is working on compost processing infrastructure, service to multi-family units and changes to utility fee billing.
