It’s been more than two weeks since thousands of properties in the Central Okanagan were put on evacuation order due to the McDougall Creek wildfire, and while the majority of residents have returned home, there are still many evacuees who remain displaced. As our Jayden Wasney is finding out, it could still take a couple more weeks before they get the green light to go home.
