One driver was taken to hospital following a two vehicle collision on Hwy. 7 east of Peterborough on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the area near Lancaster Road around 3:45 p.m.
Traffic was backed up while police investigated and fire crews dealt with securing the vehicles.
The cause of the collision remains under investigation by Peterborough County OPP.
