Kelowna group looks to change city’s mind about borrowing $241 million

The City of Kelowna may soon be borrowing millions of dollars to upgrade some of its sports and recreation facilities, but as Jayden Wasney reports, one Kelowna grassroots group is looking to put an end to the proposed plan, in hopes the city will find a cheaper alternative.
