The grief-stricken family of a kayaker presumed drowned on Kalamalka Lake near Vernon is desperately looking for closure. RCMP and search and rescue crews have been unable to locate the 26-year-old man so now his family is turning to a couple from the United States that specializes in recovering drowning victims.
