Quebec takes new tack in attempt to revoke permission to build on Sandy Beach wetlands in Hudson

The latest chapter in a long-running battle over the fate of a forest in Hudson, Que., has environmentalists feeling optimistic. For years now, a developer has been working to create a housing development in a glimmering green space next to Sandy Beach. As Dan Spector reports, the Quebec government seems newly-determined to stop the project.
