Nova Scotia flooding: Human remains found, man confirmed dead

Police in Nova Scotia have found the body of a man who went missing amid historic flooding over the weekend, confirming the first victim of the tragic event on Monday. The 52-year-old Windsor, N.S., man was one of four people who went missing in two separate incidents after vehicles became submerged in floodwaters in Nova Scotia’s West Hants area. Police said they also found other remains, but didn’t provide details on the identity.
