About 150 residents have been displaced from their homes in the Halifax region as flash flooding caused by heavy rain has resulted in a significant amount of damage in the municipality. Nova Scotia RCMP say four people are missing – two children, a youth and an adult – after two vehicles were submerged in floodwaters in the Hants County region. Aerial video from Bedford, N.S. showed neighbourhoods, businesses and parking lots among the areas underwater. Global’s Callum Smith has more from Bedford.
