A nearly two-week police review board hearing has come to a close in relation to Carrie Low’s complaint about how an officer, and the Halifax Regional Police, handled her sexual assault allegations. On Thursday, the first officer who met Low in the hospital after the assault, took the stand. As Callum Smith reports, he admitted publicly to making a couple mistakes.
