The premiers of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia say they will apply to a federal program for funding to repair and improve infrastructure protecting the Chignecto Isthmus. But that doesn’t mean they’ll pump the brakes on a legal challenge seeking to determine if responsibility for the area lies with the federal or provincial governments. Silas Brown reports.
