Dry conditions prompt Stettler County to declare agricultural disaster

A mild winter with little snow, no spring run-off, an early and extended heat wave with no moisture has forced Stettler County in eastern Alberta to declare an agricultural disaster on Wednesday. As Sarah Komadina reports, producers worry about how they will feed their livestock this year.
