The town of Montreal West is holding a referendum on Sunday that has left the town divided. Residents are set to vote on whether to approve funding of a new recreation centre. The town says the new centre is vital for the fabric of the community. But as Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports, some critics argue it’s too expensive.
