Ontario lowers minimum age requirement to apply to lifeguard to 15

Prepare to see some younger faces out on the beach and at pools on lifeguard duty this summer. The Ontario government is lowering the minimum age requirement to become a lifeguard to help address staffing shortages. Kayla McLean reports.
