Bizarre B.C. thefts: $2.1K worth of toothpaste and wheel of cheese

Mounties on the North Shore have arrested a man who allegedly stole $2,100 worth of toothpaste. And police in Saanich are hoping to identify a man who allegedly stole a $600 wheel of Gouda cheese from a grocery store.
