Tragic death following accidental fire on DTES

A fire broke out in the back of the Asian Canadian Benevolent Association’s building on Dunlevy street Saturday night. As Grace Ke reports, it appears a man had sought shelter inside the building’s electrical room — only to perish in an accidental fire.
