N.S. disability advocates, provincial government reach long-awaited settlement

More than a year after the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal ruled there was systemic discrimination from the province when dealing with the treatment of people with disabilities, an interim settlement has been agreed upon by the Disability Rights Coalition, the province, and the Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.
