A resident of Saskatoon’s Buena Vista neighbourhood, Bertrand Bartake, reacted on Wednesday to community members who oppose the proposed development in the 1100 block of Broadway Avenue. Bartake said safety, density, and taxes are three big reasons why Beuna Vista will benefit from the proposal.
