Some new recommendations are being studied by Ottawa that are supposed to improve air travel for passengers, especially when flights are delayed or cancelled. This comes just as Canadians enter the busy summer vacation travel period. But as Tim Sargeant reports, not everyone is convinced the recommendations will be implemented or that new sweeping changes will be made.
