Nova Scotia shooting report connects gender-based violence and mass casualties

Part of the Mass Casualty Commission’s mandate was to explore the role of gender-based violence. The final report states that there are strong connections between family and gender-based violence and mass casualties. The commissioners say a societal change is needed and this something that all Canadians can help with. Alicia Draus has more.
