Workers in Quebec’s healthcare system are bracing for a new reform to be introduced this week. It’s expected Health Minister Christian Dubé will table his bill in the next few days. He has hinted at wide-ranging reforms and more centralization. Reports surfaced on Monday that medical specialists will be expected to take on more work and longer hours.
