Manitoba RCMP seizes more than $2.5 million in drugs following ‘Project Dawgpound’ investigation

RCMP organized crime Insp. Grant Stephen announced on Tuesday that more than $2.5 million in drugs were seized following an investigation dubbed “Project Dawgpound.” Stephen said the a member of the Manitoba finance department was believed to be feeding members of organized crime information.
