For the third consecutive day, the Nova Scotia government has handed out a large chunk of money to a university with hopes of improving the health care system. As Callum Smith reports, the money is going to Saint Francis Xavier University in Antigonish to help build a research institute, with a focus on root causes of poor health in rural areas.
