Winnipeg police responded to an incident at an apartment building on Cumberland Avenue and Spence Street in the city early Tuesday morning. Crime-scene tape surrounded the property on Cumberland Avenue and additional Winnipeg police officers were seen at a nearby laundromat on Notre Dame Avenue and Langside Street.
