CBS’ “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan spoke with CIA director William Burns on Sunday, and asked him if he thought Chinese President Xi Jinping knew the balloon was sent to the United States. Burns responded that it’s unclear, and it will take a while to understand what data the alleged spy balloon picked up.
